  State Governments may have spent close to 580000 crores (Budgetted) on healthcare and education in 2016-17.  The Central Government spent about 136000 crores on healthcare and education in 2016-17 That is is a total of about 7 lakh crores (approx). We as citizens spent another Rs 7.8 lakh crores Two years ago in 2014-15, Governments spent about 5 lakh crores (Approx) on healthcare and education. So in two years, all Governments spent a massive 40% more on education and healthcare. We as citizens spent another Rs 5.7 lakh crores
  ◆Government Data suggests that education inflation is only 6%. (WTH) 
P.s: INFLATION is the considerable hike in the service! 

However, why is that the private consumption expenditureon healthcare and education is going up at a massive 15-18% every year? (see chart below)

NOW THE MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION IS!👇🤔
  Where is the Govt money going if more and more people are shifting from Govt to Private (whether it is healthcare or education) if inflation is only 6%?

Is China trying to make a Profit out of this COVID 19 pandemic outbreak ? Since the advent of the economic slowdown of China in the last few months of 2019, the Chinese government were looking for options to upstream their GDP and economical growth.
